Reservations2000 began in 1991 with a simple idea.
Reservations2000 began in 1991 with a simple idea: booking hotels and venues should be easier, friendlier and far more personal. Back then, corporate accommodation was bogged down in clunky processes and impersonal systems and businesses were crying out for a partner who could cut through the noise. Our founders, Mike, Annette and Laura, set out to create that partner, an independent service built on trust, personality and genuine care. Over 30 years later, that same spirit continues to drive everything we do.
We’ve grown into a trusted booking partner for businesses across industries, helping global brands, ambitious start-ups and everything in between find the right solutions for accommodation, meetings and events. What sets us apart isn’t just our access to 150,000 hotels and venues worldwide; it’s the way we approach every booking as if it’s our own. We know that the details matter, the location, the timing, the budget and we work tirelessly to get them right. Laura Wilson
One of Reservations2000 founders in 1991 and has been steering the ship ever since. Equal parts leader and professional shopper, she’s also a rock choir singer, a gym enthusiast and a book lover. Her vision and energy set the tone for the whole team.
Aisha Harris
Aisha is our resident baking queen, Bridgerton fan and social butterfly. When she’s not whipping up sweet treats, she’s making new friends and bringing sunshine energy wherever she goes. She’s settled into the role so naturally, it feels like she’s always been part of the team.
Maxine Forsythe
A hardworking but fun-loving mum of two who enjoys time with family, a good book and a cheeky G&T. Her down-to-earth nature makes her a client favourite and a trusted colleague.

Is a mum of three, confessed chaos coordinator and professional snack provider. She loves cooking, reading and spending time at the beach with sunshine, wine and good company. Her upbeat approach brings warmth and humour to the team.

Lives by the motto “work hard, stay honest, enjoy the simple things.” A family man, football fan and pool table regular, he brings reliability and straightforwardness to every client he works with.

Is our resident dog enthusiast, world traveller and live music fan. Though she’s terrified of flying, she can’t resist an adventure, whether it’s sampling new foods abroad or dancing at a festival. Her warmth and curiosity make her someone clients instantly connect with.

A full-time mum to a toddler who doubles as a personal trainer in chaos. A loyal Leeds United fan and coastal enthusiast, she knows how to keep cool under pressure while bringing a sense of humour to the mix.
